Privacy policy

Effective October 27, 2026

CradleFlows (“we”, “us”) makes a baby, toddler and mom tracking app, available as a web app at cradleflows.com/app and as an iPhone app. This policy explains what data the app and this website handle and why. In short: what you log stays on your device.

What you log in the app

Feeds, sleep, diapers, growth, medicine, temperatures, milestones, notes, mom check-ins and everything else you enter is stored only on your device (in the browser’s local storage for the web app, or in the app’s storage on iPhone). It is not sent to us or to anyone else. We cannot see it.

Your account

Your account (name, email or phone number, and password) is also stored only on your device. Your password is stored as a salted hash, never as plain text. No verification code or message is sent. Because accounts live on the device, we cannot recover a forgotten password or restore deleted data.

Deleting your data

You can delete single entries, a child’s profile, or your whole account with all of its data from the account menu in the app. Clearing your browser’s site data or deleting the iPhone app also removes everything stored on that device.

This website

Children

CradleFlows is meant for parents and caregivers aged 18 and over. Information about a child that a parent enters stays on the parent’s device, as described above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Health information

CradleFlows is a tracking tool, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice or diagnosis. Health details you log, such as temperatures or medicine doses, stay on your device.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. Significant changes will also be noted in the app.
